Are the lentil and corn plates vegan?
Yes, our lasagna noodles are 100% vegan. The lasagna plates made of lentils are perfect for vegetarian lasagna. A little tip on the side: You can easily cook a vegan Bolognese sauce with our fine soy mince as vegetarian mince. Yeast flakes make a wonderful vegetable Parmesan substitute.
Do the lasagna sheets have a lot of egg whites?
The nutritional values of lentil sheets are different from conventional lasagna sheets made from durum wheat semolina. Pasta made from legumes can be a good source of vegetable protein. Since our lasagna sheets are made of 50% lentil flour, they contain 17 g per
100 g, they contain more protein than conventional pasta sheets and are therefore considered a good source of protein.
How long do the organic lasagna sheets have to be in the oven?
No more long waiting times! From now on, cooking lasagna yourself is lightning fast! Because with the lasagna plates from lentils and corn you can save yourself pre-cooking and soaking. Simply place the lasagna plates in the baking dish, add a thin sauce and cook in the oven at 220 °C for 20 minutes - and your favorite meal is ready!
Are the lasagna sheets organic?
Yes, our lasagna plates consist exclusively of lentil flour and corn flour from controlled organic cultivation. We do not use any additives such as preservatives and flavor enhancers - quality you can taste!
Are they gluten-free lasagna sheets?
Our lasagna plates are made without wheat. Since lentils and corn flour naturally contain no gluten, the organic lasagna sheets are well suited for a low gluten diet. However, since traces of gluten may be present in our lasagna sheets, they are not 100% gluten-free and should not be consumed if you have severe celiac disease. If you want to reduce gluten-containing foods in your diet, then you can eat the plates of lentils without hesitation. But don't worry: In case of an acute gluten intolerance, you can always fall back on our gluten-free corn-based lasagna plates.
What is special about the lasagna plates made from lentils and corn?
Our lasagna plates consist of equal parts of corn and lentil flour from controlled organic cultivation. This gives them an orange-brownish color. After cooking, the noodles look like conventional lasagna sheets and have a slightly nuttier flavor. That's exactly why they taste so special - the ideal alternative to bring some variety into the lasagna game. Plus, our lasagna sheets don't need to be cooked or soaked beforehand. Simply layer pasta plates with a lot of sauce, cheese and bechamel sauce on top and off into the oven - it doesn't get any better than that!
What is the best way to store the organic lasagna sheets?
It is best to store the organic lasagna sheets in a cool and dry place, avoiding sunlight and heat. If you store the pasta properly, it will keep for at least 18 months. If you have some left over at dinner, you can also freeze your lasagna and reheat it in the oven a few days later - the taste experience remains, I promise!
How many calories does lasagna have?
Lasagna al forno is often considered a calorie bomb. How many calories your lasagna ultimately has per serving is entirely up to you and the way you prepare it. 100 g of our lasagna plates made of lentils and corn have 348 kcal. If you want to prepare a lasagna with fewer calories, you can, for example, omit the cheese or replace meat with vegetables.

Great, protein-rich alternative to normal lasagne sheets
It's now one of my standard products when I order. I now only make my lasagne with these sheets because they provide me with good carbohydrates and protein. They also taste really delicious.
Super good and there is no taste difference at all when used in lasagna or anything else
Super good and there is no taste difference at all when used in lasagna or anything else
Great for gluten intolerance
Finally delicious lasagne sheets for gluten sufferers.
Pleasant taste with protein power
They are a little firmer than normal lasagne sheets, but their protein content and taste are convincing (the light lentil flavour goes wonderfully with tomato sauces). The size is super practical to get as few gaps as possible in the usual casserole dish without breaking. They are also gluten-free, which was the biggest motivation for me to buy them. I will be reordering
very happy and quality protein
I love them, no need to boil or soak, I always buy them.
Schmeckt super lecker
Ich mag‘s total gerne und ist eine gesündere alternative zu Hartweizen!
Satisfactory
Product takes a long time to cook but tastes good, not bad at all for gluten-free.
Floury consistency
Unfortunately, I did not like them; they were floury in the mouth
