Have you ever tried your porridge with zucchini? Here is a delicious and simple recipe.

100 g Zucchini
200 ml Plant drink
5 g ground flaxseed
55 g tender oat flakes
20 g Vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp. Coconut yogurt
1 handful Almonds
100 ml Water
1 Pinch Salt
1 handful Blueberries
1 Tsp. Berry powder
  • Step 1/4

    Grate the zucchini and set aside for now. Boil the oatmeal and flaxseed with the pinch of salt and the vegetable drink until the consistency becomes firmer.

    Then add the grated zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Optionally cool for best consistency and then add the protein powder.
