In the morning like a king! If you want to follow this motto, you can't go wrong with our vegan French toast.
3 tbsp. | Apple pulp |
1 tbsp. | Chickpea flour |
80 ml | Plant drink |
0.25 Tsp. | Vanilla |
0.25 Tsp. | Cinnamon |
1 to taste | Mandelmus |
1 Tsp. | Coconut blossom sugar |
1 Tsp. | Coconut oil |
1 to taste | Maple syrup |
1 to taste | Fresh berries |
2 Slices | (Spelt) toast |

Step 1/4
Combine chickpea flour, apple pulp, vegetable drink, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow bowl and mix well.

Cut the toast diagonally and soak the slices one by one in the mixture on both sides.

Step 3/4
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the soaked toast slices in it until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with almond paste, fresh berries and a little maple syrup.
