Porridge for breakfast is always good, especially in the cold months. But with this recipe it's summery, because the coconut plays the main role here!

60 g Oatmeal
400 ml Coconut drink
2 tbsp. Coconut flour
1 tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar
200 ml Water
2 UNIT Fruit of choice
1 Pinch Salt
0.5 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Coconut chips
  • Step 1/3

    Bring oats, coconut flour, coconut blossom sugar, coconut drink, water, vanilla and salt to a boil in a saucepan and simmer briefly.

  • Step 2/3

    Stir in coconut flour and cook for a few more minutes. If necessary, add more water to achieve the desired consistency.

  • Step 3/3

    Pour finished porridge into a bowl and top with fruit of choice and coconut chips.
