Place the butter and chocolate chips in a pan and melt everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Then whisk the sugar into the chocolate mixture.

Then leave the chocolate mixture to cool to room temperature and briefly stir in the eggs one at a time with a whisk. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder with the cocoa powder and sift it over the chocolate mixture.
