While making our brownies mix with chocolate chips, it was especially important to us that they taste just like the American ones. Nevertheless, we have made a few changes to the original recipe that are pleasing to our taste: Our baking mix achieves an extra-chocolatey taste without the addition of milk powder or wheat flour. Use the mix for brownies

Our ready mix can be prepared according to your personal preference. Are you a vegan chocolate fan? No problem, here comes the recipe for brownies without eggs and without butter: Simply mix 400 g of the baking mix with 100 ml of cold water or any plant based milk and add 150 g of soft vegetable margarine! If dairy products and eggs are OK for you, you can add 100 ml milk with 200 g soft butter and two eggs to the ready-mix. Regardless of how you prepare it, one thing is for sure: your gluten-free brownie batter will be ready in no time! Simply pour the chocolate mixture into a suitable baking tin and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 175° C! Was ist das Besondere an der Mischung für Brownies?

Einfacher geht’s nicht! In wenigen Minuten verrührt und innerhalb von 25 Minuten fertig: Unsere vegane sowie laktose- und glutenfreie Fertigbackmischung zaubert im Handumdrehen super saftige Schoko-Brownies ohne Butter, Milch oder Eier – aber dafür mit Schoko-Stückchen! Wie viele Brownies ergibt eine Packung Back-Mix?

Für eine Brownie Portion werden 400 g Trockenmix benötigt. Je nach Größe Deines Back-Utensils, zum Beispiel einer Springform mit einem Durchmesser von 26 cm oder einer Backform in den Maßen 20x20 cm, ergeben sich entweder 6 große oder 12 kleine Brownies. Richtig gerechnet, da unsere Backmischung 800 g umfasst, darfst Du Dich auf doppelten Back-Spaß freuen!
