Here are some interesting figures for you: As the name suggests, the mixture consists of the sweetener erythritol (99.75%) and steviol glycosides (0.25%), which come from the stevia plant (also known as the sweet herb). You are probably wondering why the erythritol content is so much higher: the reason is that the sweetening power of erythritol is only about 70% of that of granulated sugar. Stevia, on the other hand, is much sweeter at 320%!
