Is the glass bottle suitable for children?

Assuming that hard plastic or aluminum bottles are almost as hard as glass bottles, in comparison, the glass bottle poses no greater risk to children's teeth. It's best to teach your kids to put their lip between their teeth and the neck of the bottle when drinking, and to always be in a place that's free of pushes and trips when they drink. The silicone sleeve keeps the bottle from slipping out of their hands, and the shatterproof glass means there's very little risk of injury from glass shards if a mishap does occur.

Can I take the glass water bottle with me in my hand luggage?

In principle, there is no EU regulation that prohibits taking glass drinking bottles into your hand luggage. It is up to the security personnel at the airport to judge whether your glass bottle could be misused as a weapon, but experience has shown that there are hardly ever any problems, as spirits in glass bottles from duty-free are also allowed on the plane.

Can I freeze the glass water bottle?

How do I clean the glass bottle?

The drinking bottle is made of heat-resistant glass. You can basically just put it in the dishwasher, or rinse it by hand. If you want, you can also boil it to sterilize it. Don't worry, the bottle will not crack from heat. If you have particularly hard water, you can also decalcify the bottle if necessary. Citric acid and/or vinegar essence are suitable for this purpose; you do not need chemicals to clean your water bottle.

Is the glass bottle dishwasher safe?

Yes, the glass drinking bottle and the protective silicone cover are suitable for the dishwasher.

What is special about drinking bottles made of borosilicate glass?

Borosilicate glass is used in chemistry laboratories because it is resistant to heat and cold at the same time, as well as quite unbreakable. It also takes foreign odors even harder compared to conventional glass. These properties make borosilicate glass the ideal material for drinking bottles on the go and at home. By the way, borosilicate is completely recyclable.

Is the glass bottle suitable for the microwave?

In exceptional cases, you can also place the water bottle briefly in the microwave, but be sure to remove the protective cover.
