This kidney bean dip is easy and quick to prepare if you have already soaked and cooked the kidney beans. It goes great with tortilla chips or any raw vegetables. Just the right thing for the next party, because finger food always goes! The lemon juice keeps it in the fridge for a few days. Also tastes delicious as a spread.

2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove
200 gr dried kidney beans
1 Tsp. Paprika seasoning
1 Tsp. Cayennepfeffer
1 tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. Water
2 Tsp. Crystal salt
2 Sticks fresh parsley
  • Step 1/2

Soak kidney beans in plenty of water overnight. Dump away soaking water and simmer with fresh water for about 1.5 hours.

  • Step 2/2

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 1/2 minute. If necessary, stop the blender several times and push the dip down from the sides. Repeat until a really creamy mass is created.
