Think pink - the dessert for the next movie night. Thanks to the dragon fruit, the dessert gets the eye-catching coloring. Tastes just as delicious as it looks!

10 g dried dragon fruit
100 ml Yogurt (or vegetable alternative)
1 Tsp. agave syrup
80 ml Milk (or vegetable drink)
2 tbsp. Chocolate drops
2 tbsp. Chiasamen
0 to taste Puffed quinoa
0 to taste Pink chocolate, e.g. Ruby chocolate
1 Slice Dragon fruit
0 as necessary Blueberries

    Melt the chocolate drops in a water bath. Spread the liquid chocolate around the rim of the glass with a spoon. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, place the dried dragon fruit in a high-powered blender with the milk (or vegetable drink) and blend until completely smooth.
