Delicious on bread or rolls, as a filling for puff pastries to refine yogurt, cottage cheese and rice pudding: This chokeberry jam offers a delicious alternative to conventional spreads. The preparation is very simple. Have fun with the recipe!

Put the chokeberries in a pot, cover with water and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Heat 250ml of water in another pot.

Mix 3 tablespoons of sugar with apple pectin and stir it into the heated water.

Let it boil while stirring constantly.

Add the remaining sugar and aronia concentrate and bring to the boil again.

Pour the hot jam into a jar and seal it airtight.
