First, mix all the dressing ingredients together in a jar and set aside.

Now wash the tomatoes, carrots and green beans.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, peel the carrots and then cut them into quarters lengthwise before slicing them thinly. Cut the beans in half.

Run the chickpeas briefly under running water and then drain them well.

Then place your green beans in a pan of hot water for about a minute to blanch.

Then add the carrots and leave for another minute.

Drain immediately and rinse with cold water.

Now mix the beans, carrots, chickpeas and tomatoes in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them. It is best to leave the salad to stand for a while before eating.
