1 UNIT Apple
2 Tsp. Hazelnut puree
2 Tsp. agave syrup
75 g Wholemeal or spelt flour
1 Tsp. Baking powder
1 Tsp. Coconut oil
75 ml Oat drink
0.5 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Pinch Salt
3 tbsp. Soy yogurt

    Cut the apple in half and grate one half.

    Add flour, baking powder, a little cinnamon, salt, agave syrup , 1 tsp of the hazelnut puree and oat drink to the grated apple and mix.
