Finding the perfect cookie with coloured chocolate sprinkles was a bit like pot-beating. It took quite a lot of tasting before it became "hot". Now we're even more excited about our latest creation, which combines crunchy oat and coconut cookies with colourful chocolate sprinkles. We're only too happy to bring back the sweet memories and cookies of childhood, but this time we've made the recipe gluten-free so that everyone can have a snack. We sweetened our cookies with coconut syrup, coconut blossom sugar and cane sugar. All organic and without palm oil, of course! And we leave the eggs where they belong during easter (in the spoon for egg run). But our cookies? Completely vegan. And gluten free too!
