Prepare the vegan milled tuna according to the pack instructions.

Spread cream cheese on the underside of the flatbread. Then top with vegan milled tuna and spread the chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly on top. Optionally, spread capers on the bread as well.

Finally, place the onion rings on the sandwiches and cover the top of each one.

Preheat the contact grill and brush thinly with oil. Place the filled flatbreads in the grill, close and fry for approx. 2-3 mins. Remove the top and spread the rocket on the warm paninis, then close again and enjoy.
