Vegan meatballs from peas and chickpeas.

50 g SOCAS flakes
1 UNIT Onion
100 g Pea shred
240 g Chickpeas
40 g Tomato paste
40 ml Light-Ketchup
15 g Fresh parsley
50 g Mustard
50 g Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. Vegetable broth
0 to taste Salt
1 Tsp. Smoked paprika seasoning
0 to taste Pepper
1 Tsp. Minced meat seasoning
2 tbsp. Öl
  • Step 1/4

    Put the pea shreds in a freezer bag and chop them. Then add some vegetable broth and pour hot water (just enough to absorb everything). Then add the Socas flakes and stir in.

    Finely dice the onion, drain the chickpeas and puree them with the blender together with the ketchup to a paste.

    Now combine all the ingredients and knead well together. Season to taste with the spices.

  • Step 4/4

    Divide into 10 portions and form into meatballs. This works especially well with moistened hands. Then fry in 2 tablespoons of oil.
