You are probably already familiar with couscous in its small granular form. That's why we thought we'd introduce you to its relative, pearl couscous, in the form of a pearl couscous salad with cucumber and dill. It's delicious, quick to prepare and looks pretty too! What more could you want?

Chop the fresh dill and mix it with lemon juice, olive oil, agave syrup, a pressed clove of garlic, salt and pepper to make a dressing.

Cook the pearl couscous in boiling water for 7-9 minutes until it is soft and has absorbed all the water. Then rinse it with cold water and add it to the dressing so that the pearls don't start to stick together.

Finely slice all the cucumber and onion and crumble the feta. Add both to the pearl couscous and mix the salad well.

Garnish with a few chili flakes and violà!
