Gingerbread is a reason to love winter! But it does not always have to be the very classic gingerbread, because the spice also fits fantastically in brownies. These brownies are therefore not only a real taste experience, but also guaranteed to succeed!

15 | carob powder |
30 | Oatmeal |
425 | Chickpeas |
75 | Coconut blossom sugar |
25 | Cocoa powder |

Rinse and drain the chickpeas well and grind the oatmeal into flour in a blender.

Add all ingredients except the chocolate drops to the oat flour and mix until the mixture is homogeneous and only slightly sticky.

Fold the chocolate drops into the batter and pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper (e.g. a baking dish) and spread evenly.

Decorate with chocolate drops and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating. After consumption, continue to store the remaining brownies in the refrigerator.
