First, prepare the vegan grinder fillet. Simply mix 175 ml cold water, 2 tbsp rapeseed oil and the contents of the bag. Place in the fridge and leave to soak for half an hour. Then form two fillets, dredge them in flour and fry them in 2 tbsp olive oil for 5-6 minutes until they have a nice golden color.

Cut the burger bun in half and toast it in the pan. Place the cheese alternative on top so that it can melt.
