This delicious, fancy dressing tastes especially good with fresh salad or as a sauce for your special dinner. The recipe is super simple, but convinces at every party!
2 tbsp. | Pine nuts |
150 g | red onions |
8 tbsp. | Balsamic Essig |
6 UNIT | Dates |
1 Tsp. | Feeding power |
1 Pinch | Salt |
150 ml | Vegetable broth |
1 Pinch | Pepper |

Toast the pine nuts in a pan until golden brown, set aside and let cool.

Cut the red onions and heat them in a pot with the vegetable broth. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chop the dates.

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the cornstarch.

Add the dates and the balsamic vinegar mixture to the vegetable broth and heat everything again briefly.
