FAQ
The most important thing is your curriculum vitae! We need it for every position.
Other documents (certificates, certificates of achievement, etc.) are usually optional. For some positions we need a current certificate of your academic situation – you will find information on this directly in the job description.
What makes us always particularly happy is to receive a letter of motivation so that we can immediately get a more accurate impression of you! You are welcome to use only your first name in this letter 🥜
If we need further documents from you, which you have not attached to your application, we will come to you and ask!
Our recruiting team consists of a handful of employees who review the new applications. The easiest way is to simply address your application to the recruiting team!
Feel free to leave out the "Dear Sir or Madam" and address us as "Dear Recruiting Team” – this is the way we do it ourselves in the team!
Our recruiting team will review your application documents together with the relevant department. If you are not hired, we will of course delete your documents after six months in accordance with data protection regulations. If you would like your data to be deleted earlier, you can send us an email at any time to recruiting@korodrogerie.de.
After submitting your application via our careers page, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. After that, you will usually receive a response from us within one week.
If you have several open positions in mind, you are of course welcome to apply more than once! It helps us a lot if you explain in your cover letter why you are interested in several positions.
If you want to get a taste of a certain area of KoRo, an internship is just right for you!
Voluntary internships usually last three months, while compulsory internships can last longer; this is prescribed by your university.
Please let us know in your application whether you are applying for a voluntary or a mandatory internship!
In the past, we have already welcomed several pupils as interns. If we currently offer student internships, those are advertised on our careers page! If you find none, this means that a pupil internship is not possible at the moment.
KoRo is currently not available as a practical partner for a dual study program.
On our Career page you will find all currently open positions.
If you don't find the right job for you there, you are welcome to send us an open application! For this purpose, we have a separate job posting – "Open application: data-savvy, technical talent/programmer/IT (m/f/d)".
Here it is important that you let us know in a detailed cover letter what your qualifications and goals are and how you could support our team with your work.
Please note that the first interviews normally take place online. We would let you know explicitly otherwise.
