Seeds and kernels in abundance
At KoRo, you can not only buy many different nuts, but also order seeds and kernels in bulk packs. Did you know that you can make a vegan egg substitute from seeds that swell, such as psyllium husks, flaxseeds and others? This is due to the ability of these types of seeds to form a gel – with similar binding properties to egg. Yes, seeds are quite versatile. But our pumpkin seeds, for example, are also perfect as a snack between meals.
Crushed seeds
Whole seeds have to be broken open in the digestive tract before the body can absorb their valuable nutrients. When seeds are crushed, the nutrients can be more easily absorbed by the body. That's why you can also buy crushed flaxseeds from us.
Eating hemp seeds
In our shop, you'll find a number of products made from hemp: There are vegan hemp seed crunchies with chocolate, organic hemp protein, fine organic hemp puree and aromatic hemp oil. So you can really let off steam. In the area of our seeds and kernels, you can select between peeled and unpeeled hemp seeds!
Delicious recipes with seeds & kernels
If you soak chia seeds in water before eating them, the seeds swell up and a so-called chia pudding is created. As they swell, the seeds increase their volume twelvefold! Our chia pudding recipe is the ideal base for a delicious breakfast or dessert. You can add any toppings you like to suit your taste.
