POV: You've invited guests to your home for Christmas dinner. The guests will be at your door in a few hours and you haven't been able to tear yourself away from your cozy spot on the couch yet? So that you don't have to stress even more (which you already do during the Christmas season), we provide you with a quick version of our favorite Italian dessert. After all, who has time to spend several hours baking a panettone in all the hustle and bustle?

Go to your favorite Italian supermarket and choose a nice panettone.

Whip the whipped cream with cream stiffener until it is nice and fluffy but firm. Then add a spoonful of the vegan skyr alternative and the pistachio butter and fold both in.

Cut your panettone into slices at least 2 cm thick. Now put your cream between each layer. Your pistachio butter also goes on the top layer.

Chop the pistachios. Decorate your cake with orange slices.. Finally, sprinkle the pistachio pieces over your cake.
